Nestled in the coveted Dover Shores bay of Newport Beach, the Polaris Project is a complete reimagining of a home with extraordinary bones. From the beginning, the intention was clear: honor what makes the architecture special while elevating it into something deeply refined and entirely livable.

We are preserving the warmth of the original wood details—celebrating their craftsmanship—while introducing a softer, more sophisticated palette layered in warm neutrals, subtle texture, and tailored finishes. Clean lines are balanced with organic forms. Thoughtful millwork and curated materials bring cohesion to every space.
